Amazon.com Product Description A great watch for globetrotters, this Casio men's stainless steel watch (model AW80D-1AV) enables you to easily track to time zones. It features an analog watch face that's supplemented by a digital window at the bottom, which can be set for a second time zone. It also offers a world time function with 29 time zones (30 cities), city code display, and daylight saving time on/off. Other timing features include a countdown timer (up to 24 hours), a 1/100-second digital stopwatch (with elapsed time, lap time, split time, and 1st/2nd place times), and three daily alarms (one with snooze). Classically masculine, it has a round watch case with gray screw-down accents on the top of the case and a triple-link stainless steel bracelet band. The black dial is supplemented with luminous hands and hour markers, Arabic numerals around the outside of the dial, and small minute indexes. With the 30-page databank capability, you can store phone numbers and quick reminders (with up to 8 letters and 16 numerals per page). Other features include a 10-year battery life (CR2025 battery), auto calendar (programmed to the year 2099), LED light with Afterglow, and water resistance to 50 meters--suitable for swimming but not for diving.

Not bad for $18 September 1, 2010 danny cat Wow, I was hesitant to buy this watch. I really needed one as I lost my previous one(I think its in the car somewhere though). Anyway i thought it would be cheap based on the price. I just oppened it and was amazed by how nice it looks in person. It has a nice finish to the metal band. It feels lite, which could be good or bad. I like the light weight though. The only plastic/rubber parts are the buttons and some trim under and around the face. I dont like rubber because i dont like it to stick when I sweat. Im am not dissapointed, and planning to get a couple others for dress accesories, I will use this one for work so its gonna get scratched up. For less than $20? Well worth it! Its a nice watch and the picture dont show it well.
Too heavy with instruction in much too small type face August 29, 2010 William A. Fenwick (Palo Alto, CA) I am surprized at the weight of this watch. It is like that I will rarely wear it. The instruction book is near useless. One has to have a magnifying tool to read it and the diagrams are very misleading. I would not purchase it again.
Excellent timepiece for the price August 16, 2010 James K. Irvin Excellent watch for $17. Only problem was that I had to pay more than half that to have the band/bracelet adjusted.
Don't judge a book by its cover. August 8, 2010 Luke B 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Poor craftsmanship. I figured for the price I would be buying a fair quality product and not something cheap, but Casio proved me wrong.
Two weeks after getting my watch, the metal face fell off to reveal ugly, cheap plastic underneath. I can't find an adhesive strong enough to keep the face on for more than a week at a time.
What a waste of money.
Too easily scratched August 2, 2010 H. Chen (NYC, NY USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've had this watch for a few months now - bottom line, avoid.
Pros: light weight, can track two time zones, date, alarm/snooze, timer.
Cons: easily scratch - on this alone, I give it a 1 star, there are now 3 scratches on the watch face without me, and I wore this mostly to/from work. Light is useless as it's not bright enough to see the whole watch.
I thought I got a bargain. However, after this, I am going back to Citizen/Seiko. The scratched up watch face just annoys me.
